Rules & Regulation
Rules & regulation for parents/guardian:
1. Any change of address and phone number of parents/guardians must be informed immediately.
2. All correspondence must be addressed to the principal through class-teacher or subject teacher.
3. The school does not approve of letters being addressed to individual teachers or of parents making direct approach to them.
5. Parents/guardians are not allowed to meet their children during office hours without the permission of the principal.
6. Parents/ guardians should co-operate with the school authority by observing that their children comes neatly dressed to the school.
7. They are also expected to see that their children prepare their daily lessons, do the homework and carry the necessary books to school.
8. Parents/guardian must ensure that their children do not come to school with money or any costly items likes wrist watch, gold ornaments, etc. They should also see that their children don’t carry any objectionable item.
9. Children found with undisciplined, bad character, stubborn by nature may be expelled from the school.
10. Students must attend the assembly regularly within the stipulated time period. Entry inside the school campus is restricted after the end of the assembly.
11. Parents/ guardian meeting will be held regularly.
12. Without permission capturing photographs and videos by camera are not allowed.
1. Students must wear school uniform. The uniform must be neat and clean.
2. The students must report the school in time regularly before Assembly. Habitual late comers shall not be allowed to enter the class room.
3. Students must obey the rules and regulations of the school.
4. Students must behave properly and respect teachers and elder and love younger’s inside and outside the school campus.
5. Sandals/Slippers are not allowed.
6. Maintain cleanliness and peaceful environment in both campus and classroom. Dustbin should be utilized.
7. Without permission students are not allowed to enter the staff room and administrative office.
1. The medium of instruction of the school is Assamese.
2. Irregular attendance, indiscipline, rowdy behavior, disrespect to teachers and authority, adoption of unfair means during any examination etc. shall lead expulsion from the school.
3. If a student remains absent on any particular day or a few days on valid ground he/she must come on the following day with an endorsement from the parents in the leave application explaining the reasons for absent.
4. Roaming outside or bunking from class shall be treated rigorously.
5. Student diary and I-Card should be brought to the school daily.
6. Slang and any kind of physical and mental violence are strictly forbidden.
8. Mobile phones, Motor Bike, Scooter and camera are strictly prohibited.
9. Smoking and consumption of all types of intoxicants and chips are strictly prohibited.
10. Ragging is strictly prohibited.
11. Borrowed library books should be returned within fifteen days or else Rs. 20/- per week will be charged. Students will be responsible for any damages of the books.
12. Mischievous behavior towards teachers will be not be tolerated.
13. Sharpened materials like knives, blades, scissors, steel scales etc are not allowed (except laboratory purposes). Inflammable objects like match box, lighter etc. are strictly prohibited.
14. Students can’t upload, tag and share any kind of unauthentic activities on social networks that may degrade the school prestige.

1. Politeness, punctuality and discipline must strictly be observed inside the class room as well as in the campus.
2. The guideline for school uniform is as follows:
a) Class VI to X: White Shirt, Khaki pant with Black shoes, white Socks and school badge along with maroon sweater during winter season. Uniform (only white shirt and Khaki Pant) for class VI to VIII will be provided by the Govt. of Assam.
b) H.S. Classes: White Shirt, Black pant with Black shoes, white Socks and school badge.
3. Carrying mobile phone is strictly prohibited inside the school campus.
4. Gossiping and loitering outside the classroom is strictly prohibited.
5. Any form of harassment caused to a fellow student (mentally or physically) by a student of the same class or senior ones shall lead to expulsion from the school.
6. Students should carry necessary books, copies, bag to the school. Carrying irrelevant books, magazines, CD, Pen drive or any sort of intoxicants is strictly banned.
